From three members of the Class of 1966 to 66 graduates in the Class of 2008, the SSDS Alumni Association boasts more than 1500 Schechter graduates.

The Alumni Association sponsors events throughout the year, including special activities such as reunions in Israel and New York City, and Washington D.C.; class reunions, and a pizza party reunion before the Grade 8 Hebrew musical for alumni in high school.

Alumni enjoy reconnecting with classmates and teachers and celebrating the joy of being part of the Solomon Schechter Community. Alumni also keep the Schechter connection strong by participating in fundraising activities, serving on the Board of Trustees, and sending their own children to Schechter!

Schechter will assist any class that is interested in planning a reunion. Currently, our most popular reunions are the 4-year, 10-year, and 20-year reunions. If you want to make sure your class has a reunion, please contact the Alumni office.

The Alumni office maintains a list of Schechter alumni sorted by college. High School juniors and seniors and their parents who are planning college visits are encouraged to contact the Alumni office. We can put you in touch with SSDS alums at specific schools.
