Homework

Homework provides additional practice on material taught in class and helps develop independent study habits.

At the Back-to-School nights, teachers describe their schedule for homework expectations. A parent’s role in homework completion is to give guidance on method, organization and schedule. If your child seems consistently unable to complete assignments without parent aid or if the homework becomes an unmanageable burden, please confer with the child’s teacher or advisor.

Parents occasionally raise concerns when they are unable to help their children with Hebrew homework assignments. Please note: we do not assign Hebrew language-based homework with the expectation that parents will be assisting. If your child is having undue difficulty, please alert the teacher.
