Inspiration and Learning Beyond the Classroom
Following the core school day, we offer extended day programs and a wide range of enrichment classes and music lessons to meet the needs and interests of our students. We take a holistic approach to learning in order to develop confident, curious learners eager to explore, learn and grow. Our program is designed to welcome and support the new learner while also providing opportunities for students to work towards mastery in an area of interest.
Extended Day for families who need their children to stay at Schechter at the end of the school day for the full afternoon, the Extended Day program is the best option. This program offers a dynamic array of activities as well as time for free play and socializing. Families register on a trimester basis.
Afterschool Hour is for families who want to have their children stay at Schechter for only one hour after the regular school day ends. Children can join our exciting Extended Day activities, enjoy supervised free play or socialize with friends. This is a more open alternative to Enrichment Classes. Families register on a trimester basis.
Students can also drop-in to stay for our Afterschool Hour or Extended Day programs on an occasional basis.
