Early Childhood Teacher- Flexible Schedule (2025-2026)

Schechter Boston is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our community. Job Duties:
Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children.
Develop activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of children.
Clearly and effectively communicate with children, parents and staff.
Supervise children at all times.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be warm, nurturing and passionate about working with young children.
Bachelor’s Degree required, background in education/early childhood education preferred.
EEC certification preferred, but not required
Two years of relevant work experience, preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds.
Details:
Hours: Monday-Thursday 1PM-6PM and Friday 1PM-4:30PM with the possibility of additional morning hours if desired.
Pay: starting at $23/hour; commensurate with experience.
