About Michelle
Michelle brings nearly 40 years of teaching to Schechter. Prior to coming to Schechter, she taught in France and the US in both boarding and day schools. She has taught all levels of Spanish, French, German and Latin, as well as Art, Theater, English and ESL. Michelle has taught in bi-lingual inner city after school programs, middle schools, high schools and universities throughout her career. Most recently, she worked at Gann Academy, where she founded and taught the French program along with teaching Spanish 1-3 and served as an advisor as well as teaching mentor. Michelle also teaches at the German Saturday School of Boston in Lexington and Tufts University.

Something you might not know
Michelle is an avid chef and lover of spicy foods, and went to culinary school. She is a huge animal lover and advocate, and has worked in and run animal rescues.
